Purification Equipment Series

High Quality Laboratory Clean Transfer Box

The air shower transfer window is used for surface purification when non-clean materials enter the clean area or when low-grade clean materials enter the high-grade clean area. It can effectively remove dust particles on the surface of materials and prevent dust from adhering to the surface of materials and being carried into the clean room. The airflow is filtered into clean air through primary and high-efficiency two-stage filters and then ejected from stainless steel. The air velocity can reach over 20m/s.

Product Features

Purification and clean equipment

The clean transfer window (transfer box) is an auxiliary device of the clean room, mainly used for the transfer of small items between the clean area and the non-clean area, as well as between the lower-level clean area and the higher-level clean area, to reduce the number of times the clean room door is opened, maintain positive pressure inside the clean room, and minimize the contamination of the clean room.

Product Description

To reduce the large amount of dust particles brought about by the entry and exit of goods, the clean air flow filtered by the high-efficiency filter through the air shower transfer window is sprayed onto the goods from all directions by the rotatable nozzles, effectively and quickly removing the dust particles. The removed dust particles are then recirculated back into the air shower area after passing through the primary and high-efficiency filters. A bottomless design can be adopted to ensure that the clean trolley can directly pass through the air shower transfer window. It can also adopt a design with rollers, allowing goods to slide over the rollers and reducing the labor intensity of personnel.

Laminar flow transfer window box

(Laminar Flow Pass Box) is an efficient transfer device for clean environments, mainly used for the safe and pollution-free transfer of items between areas of different cleanliness levels. Clean air (ISO 5 or higher) is provided through HEPA/ULPA filters to form vertical or horizontal laminar flow, continuously blowing the surface of items to remove particles and microorganisms.

Ordinary transfer window box

Ordinary transfer Windows (transfer boxes) are auxiliary equipment in cleanrooms, mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean areas and non-clean areas, as well as between lower-level clean areas and higher-level clean areas, to reduce the number of times the cleanroom door is opened, maintain positive pressure inside the cleanroom, and minimize the contamination of the cleanroom to the lowest extent.

Wall transfer window box

The Wall transfer window box is a transfer device used in clean rooms, laboratories, hospitals or other places where the contaminated environment needs to be controlled. It is mainly used for the safe and efficient transfer of items between different areas while preventing cross-contamination. Installed on the wall, it connects two independent areas (such as the clean area and the non-clean area), preventing direct personnel entry and exit and reducing the risk of contamination.
