Does the air shower room have any requirements for the production process?

A clean environment is suitable for the production process, and it is natural that the clean room design meets the environmental requirements of the production process. Therefore, in the design of the clean room, the environmental parameters of the production process should be realistic, and the area, height, temperature, humidity, cleanliness, etc. should not be too high or too low, and the parameters should be controlled to be better. Without affecting the normal operation of the production process, the parameter requirements should be reduced as much as possible, the purification area should be controlled, and the scope of the clean area with a high purification level should be reduced. The unidirectional flow clean area of level 100 and higher should be strictly controlled.

2. When planning the production process, the air shower room should divide the clean rooms of the same level as much as possible, and set up processes with high cleanliness requirements on the windward side to handle process equipment that produces dust, toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gases. Containers should be placed outside the clean area as much as possible. If they need to be placed in the clean area, sealing measures should be taken as much as possible to reduce the emission of dust and exhaust gas.
