Many customers want to check whether the FFU they purchased meets the standards. They need to combine filter grade, ventilation times, installation conditions and other factors for comprehensive evaluation. The filtration efficiency of FFU itself meets industry standards (such as European standard EN1822), but to achieve a specific clean room level (such as ISO 6 or ISO 7), not only high-efficiency filters are required, but also sufficient ventilation times (air supply volume) and reasonable layout design. If the design is improper, even if a single FFU is efficient, it may not meet the overall clean room level requirements.

The FFU high-efficiency filter should adopt a partition-free design to reduce noise and improve air circulation efficiency. The connection between the filter and the frame should be firm to ensure that the filter does not loosen or fall off during operation. The filter frame should be made of high-quality materials with good sealing performance to prevent dust particles from leaking. During the installation process, ensure the sealing between the FFU high-efficiency filter and the clean room wall or ceiling to prevent air leakage.

 

These standards and requirements ensure the high-efficiency filtration performance and stability of FFU in various application scenarios and meet the cleanliness requirements of different industries. If the FFU is equipped with H13 and above HEPA/ULPA filters and passes relevant standard tests (such as EN 1822), it can meet the efficiency requirements of most high-cleanliness industries. However, it needs to be comprehensively evaluated in combination with specific industry specifications, actual working conditions and maintenance conditions.
