Air flow hepa customized modular sterile clean booth
The clean booth is made of stainless steel and iron square tubes with plastic spraying as the frame. It uses fan filter units (FFU) for air supply. Anti-static curtains or organic glass are placed around the edges, and cold plates or stainless steel plates are covered on the top to form a relatively closed area. The internal purification level can reach 100-300,000 grades. Conventional configuration of clean booth:
- Frame: Made of stainless steel or iron square tubes with plastic spraying, it is stable, beautiful, rust-free and dust-free.
- Anti-static curtain: Good anti-static effect, high transparency, clear grid, good flexibility, no deformation, and not easy to age;
- Dust and static electricity removal;
- The top cover plate of the clean room is made of cold-rolled steel plate and electrostatically sprayed with plastic.
- The interior is equipped with special purification lamps for purification rooms, which do not produce dust.
- Fan Filter Unit (FFU) : It adopts a low-noise centrifugal fan, featuring a long service life, low noise, maintenance-free operation, minimal vibration, and adjustable speed. Among them, the high-efficiency filter (HEPA) is set at the very end of the fan’s air supply unit. HEPA features low initial resistance, large dust holding capacity, high filtration efficiency, long service life and easy replacement.
